Passover is quickly becoming my favorite holiday. Am I the crazy one? Probably. But I love all of the spring-cleaning and seder prep. I love watching The Prince of Egypt and drinking copious amounts of wine. And I love making homemade matzah and finding new ways to eat it. Matzah bark, matzah cookies, matzah pizza, the list goes on.
And since I do make almost all of my matzah, I need to know how much and what kind I need ahead of time. That’s why I devised this Passover meal planner page. I know I can’t be the only one who needs a little help getting ready for a weeklong, chametz-free holiday. And planning, though geeky, really is the key to reducing meal stress for any holiday.
The planner is a single sided page that captures meals for all 8 days, a grocery list, and notes. Simple, yet effective for getting your Passover meal prep complete and all in one place. What are some of your favorite matzah meals? Share your favorite recipes in the comments below!
