Sukkah Sipper Cocktail
The best part of “early” holiday years is that the weather is more conducive to sitting outside long after the meal is over. There’s no better living than sitting outside with an after-dinner beverage and watching the sunset.

But, what to drink? Never fear, I have the best 2-ingredient cocktail for just this occasion. Based off the classic cocktail, the Brandy and Benedictine, the Sukkah Sipper is made of equal parts Brandy and Etrog Liqueur. That’s it, that’s all there is to it.

I like mine in a giant glass with one or two ice cubes. It’s the perfect blend of sweet lemony goodness and warming spice. If you’re feeling extra fancy, you can always add a coil of lemon peel. Just use a knife to cut of a thin strip of lemon peel (no pith) and twist. Now go enjoy that sunset.
