Pulled BBQ Jackfruit

One of our new favorite meals is pulled bbq jackfruit. Are you all tired of Jackfruit recipes yet? I hope not, because I have one more planned for later.

It’s so delicious that even my preschooler loves it. Plus, it’s super easy to make. This dish takes just 4 ingredients (including water) and 20 minutes to pull together. That makes it awesome for summer bbq’s and last-minute weekday meals alike.

Our favorite way to serve it is on bread, of course. And if I’m feeling really prepared, I might even make Shannon Sarna’s Challah Onion Rolls. It’s a dynamite combination.
