Lemon Lavender Tonic Mocktail

Anyone else ready for spring right about now? I am. But even if I can’t control the weather, I can control the vibes at home. Starting with this delightful little mocktail.

Doesn’t this tonic just look like spring in a cup? Paired with some little bud vases, the spring factor in my kitchen just went up by ten. Bam.

Is this basically just grown up lemonade? Maybe. But I think the tonic gives it that nice cocktail feel without the alcohol. It’s a perfect drink for all sorts of springtime fun from an unseasonably warm afternoon on the deck to a special drink for the dinner table that even the kids can enjoy. Here’s hoping for warmer weather to come!
