That’s Delightful! Cocktail
I’m slightly embarrassed to say that I recently found a rum in my cabinet that I forgot I bought. It’s probably been in there for months. Worse, I hadn’t even tasted it yet. Actually, that’s probably why I forgot I had it.

The rum in question is called Flor de Caña. After reading about it a couple of times from other cocktail enthusiasts I wanted to try it for myself. And when I did, I found out why everyone was raving about it. It’s like drinking bananas foster. It’s amazing.

Immediately inspired by the lovely smoothness of my newfound rum, I got to creating. Ruckus challenged me with something floral-y, and I think I delivered! As I mentioned before, ingredients do matter, so don’t sub out the Orange Curaçao with something syrupy like Grand Mariner or you’ll end up with one sweet sipper!
